{"id":4451,"date":"2025-08-26T15:06:35","date_gmt":"2025-08-26T13:06:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kanbanrocket.com\/?p=4451"},"modified":"2025-08-26T15:06:35","modified_gmt":"2025-08-26T13:06:35","slug":"analisis-abc-rrs-mrp-kanban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kanbanrocket.com\/es\/analisis-abc-rrs-mrp-kanban\/","title":{"rendered":"An\u00e1lisis ABC-RRS: la herramienta para elegir entre MRP o Kanban"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aplicar una <strong>l\u00f3gica PULL<\/strong> en un enfoque Lean con Kanban, o mantener un sistema <strong>PUSH tradicional<\/strong> basado en MRP, no es una decisi\u00f3n que pueda tomarse \u201cpor intuici\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Se necesita un <strong>criterio objetivo y replicable<\/strong> para analizar los materiales y comprender qu\u00e9 enfoque es el m\u00e1s adecuado seg\u00fan sus caracter\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>matriz ABC-RRS<\/strong>, integrada en la metodolog\u00eda y entre las herramientas utilizadas por el <strong>equipo de KanbanRocket<\/strong>, nace precisamente para responder a esta necesidad.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Datos necesarios para un an\u00e1lisis correcto<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para utilizar correctamente el <strong>an\u00e1lisis ABC-RRS<\/strong>, es necesario recopilar al menos dos elementos fundamentales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Consumos detallados<\/strong> de los materiales, con c\u00f3digo, fecha y cantidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valor unitario<\/strong> del material (costo medio, \u00faltimo costo de compra o precio de venta).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis puede aplicarse a tres \u00e1mbitos distintos, cada uno de los cuales debe evaluarse por separado:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>C\u00f3digos de compra<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3digos de producci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3digos de venta<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Es importante utilizar un <strong>horizonte temporal significativo<\/strong>, como un a\u00f1o m\u00f3vil, para evitar distorsiones debidas a la estacionalidad o picos puntuales.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Las dos dimensiones del an\u00e1lisis: ABC y RRS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La <strong>matriz ABC-RRS<\/strong> combina dos an\u00e1lisis distintos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3><strong> An\u00e1lisis ABC (Valor)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-4250\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kanbanrocket.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-06-122834-300x145.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"710\" height=\"343\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kanbanrocket.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-06-122834-300x145.png 300w, https:\/\/www.kanbanrocket.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-06-122834-1024x495.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.kanbanrocket.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-06-122834-768x371.png 768w, https:\/\/www.kanbanrocket.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-06-122834.png 1179w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 710px) 100vw, 710px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A:<\/strong> c\u00f3digos que generan el 80 % del valor total de los consumos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>B:<\/strong> c\u00f3digos que generan el 15 % siguiente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C:<\/strong> c\u00f3digos con peso marginal, equivalente al 5 % restante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta clasificaci\u00f3n permite identificar los c\u00f3digos m\u00e1s <strong>importantes desde el punto de vista econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>clasificaci\u00f3n ABC<\/strong> responde al <strong>principio de Pareto<\/strong>, seg\u00fan el cual el 20 % de los c\u00f3digos debe concentrar el 80 % del valor consumido.<br \/>\nPor lo tanto, los c\u00f3digos de clase A deber\u00edan representar aproximadamente el 20 % del total para estar alineados con Pareto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nota:<\/strong> La clasificaci\u00f3n por valor no es la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00eda realizar un <strong>an\u00e1lisis ABC por cantidades<\/strong>, pero en este caso se debe prestar especial atenci\u00f3n a las unidades de medida para garantizar comparaciones coherentes.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong> An\u00e1lisis RRS (Frecuencia)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-4255\" que el c\u00f3digo fue efectivamente consumido:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Runner:<\/strong> consumo frecuente, al menos una vez por semana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repeater:<\/strong> al menos una vez cada cuatro semanas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stranger:<\/strong> consumo espor\u00e1dico (menos de una vez cada cuatro semanas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los umbrales deben adaptarse seg\u00fan el sector y el contexto productivo\/log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3><strong> Cruzar los an\u00e1lisis: la matriz ABC-RRS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone <strong>gesti\u00f3n PULL mediante Kanban<\/strong>, con plazos cortos y reabastecimientos continuos.<\/li>\n<li>Un <strong>C-Stranger<\/strong> es un c\u00f3digo de bajo valor y consumo espor\u00e1dico: debe gestionarse en <strong>l\u00f3gica PUSH<\/strong>, mediante planificaci\u00f3n MRP o compras puntuales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La matriz puede enriquecerse a\u00f1adiendo el concepto gestionar, con <strong>consumo irregular<\/strong> y <strong>lead times largos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Planificar con MRP art\u00edculos de <strong>consumo regular<\/strong> y <strong>lead times
